Game crashes in career mode

Dear EA Support Team,

I am writing to report a serious issue with FC25. Despite my excitement and high expectations, I am experiencing constant game crash at a specific point, making it impossible to progress further. This has completely disrupted my experience and left me deeply frustrated.

I created a new career mode and played through two seasons with no problems. Now I'm starting season 3 and I've already played the pre-season tournament and everything worked fine. As the season begins after I finish my first game of the season, the game crashes.

It doesn't matter if I actually play it or quick sim it or even sim to a later date - it just crashed once I try to skip to the next day. I've attached the Manager Career file I found at:
C:\Users\[MY-PC-NAME]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25\settings

I kindly but firmly request that this matter be treated with urgency. Please provide a solution or workaround as soon as possible. Additionally, I would appreciate an update on when a patch addressing this bug will be released.
