Game keeps crashing when trying to play UT rivals

Every time I load into a rivals game the game crashes and I have to “accept and report” and then it kicks me out. I log back in and it says I DNF because I disconnected from my last online match. This has happened only today 3/6/25 …because of this my ranking and “coins are reduced in future matches. I have made sure I have all updates installed and my system is cleared. I don’t have this issue with ANY of my other games. I have played Rush snd  squad battles with no issues but both Rivals and Champions crash out. EA fix this and credit back on the DNF penalties. user name is Malachy74
