Help

Hello, I won a FIFA tournament and I did not receive 500 points. What is the solution?

    Those tournaments are directly operated by Playstation. We do not have any visibility on results.

    According to the tournament rules, points will be distributed within 30 days. So you might want to wait 30 days before reaching out to them.
