I purchased the fc25 ultimate edition last year and have been playing it since, now I have logged on tonight but it is saying I need to upgrade to play the game please help!

I am having the same issue, it will not load past the demo play. Purchased the game in full and have been playing ever since. EA support is not working for the case I have opened so I am unsure what to do next.
