Horrendous Gameplay After latest update/patch!!!

We just want answers or for them to just aknowledge there is a problem with the game. The way there ignoring these issues is disgusting.They dont care mate.Whoever is responsible for these patches/testing needs to be seriously looked at because theres no way this game will last if they carry on like this.The community is fed up of it.
