How to get the login codes through to my email?
Hi, I want to connect to my ea sports account on the ea sports fc companion app but I have forgotten the password for my email address, so I ask to change it and once I have to receive the code by email to be able to change my password nothing arrives in my mailbox please tell me how I should fix this.

Thanks for reaching out. If the Login Verification codes aren't coming through for you, can you make sure:
- Your inbox isn’t full.
- You’ve checked the spam folder.
- You or your service provider haven’t blocked us.
If that doesn’t help, please contact our support team to have them look into things. They'll let you know what they can do.
