I did the trial and the 10 hours expired and when i bought the game it said that I was still on trial mode nad that the trial mode expired and i didn't buy the game(i play on xbox)

Few points here, it may clear the misunderstandings:1. 1 Issue for XBOX is going on, where people are unable to play trial 10 hours (there is a workaround provided but its not working for all, worked for me):Issue Link: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/EA-SPORTS-FC-25-10-Hour-Trial-Expired/m-p/14058751#M15752. In case you have already completed 10 hours trial play and you bought the game thinking you can continue playing, there are 2 instances:2.a: You purchased FC25 Standard Version: This will not work as the game official launch date is Sept 27th, you will be able to continue your FC25 journey starting 27th Sept.2.b: You purchased FC25 Ultimate Version: This should work, you must be able to play as Ultimate Version has a full early access of 7 days before actual launch date.

The trial version isn't different from the game. You can only install fc25 series x/s version and when you open it, it says that the trial is up, even though I own the game. And even from the xbox shop where it says I own the game. When I click start the game, the same message appers and the game closes.

@canunsan22 didn't fix the issue again. It sucks cause I paid full price for the game on 18th of September and still can't play it and can't receive any help or solutions. I have tried literally everything, lost all my progress in other games because I even went back to factory settings.

Try deleting the trial from your Xbox and download the purchased version instead. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

I realize they are the same. However, the hope is that deleting the current FC 25 you have installed from the trial and replacing it after it's been purchased may flag the game as being purchased. Can you try that please? Thanks!

Try clearing your locally saved games with these steps:

Hit the Xbox Guide button and to the Settings

Go to System > Storage Devices

Choose Clear local saved games

Your system should restart. Let me know if that helps or not.
