Try deleting the trial from your Xbox and download the purchased version instead. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
The trial version isn't different from the game. You can only install fc25 series x/s version and when you open it, it says that the trial is up, even though I own the game. And even from the xbox shop where it says I own the game. When I click start the game, the same message appers and the game closes.

I realize they are the same. However, the hope is that deleting the current FC 25 you have installed from the trial and replacing it after it's been purchased may flag the game as being purchased. Can you try that please? Thanks!

I’m trying that now. If that doesn’t work what else can I do? @EA_Aljo
- @canunsan22 didn't fix the issue again. It sucks cause I paid full price for the game on 18th of September and still can't play it and can't receive any help or solutions. I have tried literally everything, lost all my progress in other games because I even went back to factory settings.

Try clearing your locally saved games with these steps:
- Hit the Xbox Guide button and to the Settings
- Go to System > Storage Devices
- Choose Clear local saved games
Your system should restart. Let me know if that helps or not.
