I bought ea fc 25 but it doesnt work

I did the trial and the 10 hours expired and when i bought the game it said that I was still on trial mode nad that the trial mode expired and i didn't buy the game(i play on xbox)

Try deleting the trial from your Xbox and download the purchased version instead. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

I've reinstalled it 5 times and the result is no different, is there anything else I can try
