I bought ea fc 25 but it doesnt work
I did the trial and the 10 hours expired and when i bought the game it said that I was still on trial mode nad that the trial mode expired and i didn't buy the game(i play on xbox)

Community ManagerI realize they are the same. However, the hope is that deleting the current FC 25 you have installed from the trial and replacing it after it's been purchased may flag the game as being purchased. Can you try that please? Thanks!
I did these steps as well that doesn’t work you guys need to update your game and fix this issue there is nothing we can do but ask for a refund I just bought the game I was looking forward to it I’m not happy
