I bought ea fc 25 but it doesnt work
I did the trial and the 10 hours expired and when i bought the game it said that I was still on trial mode nad that the trial mode expired and i didn't buy the game(i play on xbox)

The trial version isn't different from the game. You can only install fc25 series x/s version and when you open it, it says that the trial is up, even though I own the game. And even from the xbox shop where it says I own the game. When I click start the game, the same message appers and the game closes.
Same happened to me i have bought ultimate edition but i cant play it because of the trial.

We can't do that without the details I asked for.

I had to remove the image that your email address in it. Make sure you keep those details private.
The standard edition is not playable until worldwide launch tomorrow. That is why you're not able to play after the trial expires.

When exactly are you getting this message? Is it when you first load into FC 25 or is it happening in a particular mode?
