Hallo, someone can help? All my friends already play. i just waiting for help and no one can do it. I filed a case on ea and contacted support via chat but they told me to clear the cache memory, reinstall the ea app etc. Nothing helped. And now there is no help from anywhere. No one knows anything. The game is already a few hours after its premiere in my country and I am still waiting for the game to be available for download. I bought it yesterday, my trial time ended and now there is no option to download or run it.

Hello,
Can you try to uninstall the game trial and install the game again but make sure you select standard edition ? (don't worry, you will not loose your Ultimate team progress doing so)

This isn't working, I uninstalled the trial, and I can't download the game. It redirects me to purchase the game again. The pre-order was placed on September 10th

- 10 months ago@EA_Hux this doesn't work. I had early access, played the free 10hr trial on Xbox. Brought the game (disc version) & I go to open the game and it says I have used up my 10hrs and I must purchase the game. I have uninstalled and installed again... the game would work and then I would turn my xbox off again, back on and the error message appears again.
I can't keep uninstalling and installing everyday.
I have cleared my storage also - that hasn't worked.
We all need a solution as I can see on X that a number of people encountering the same issue. We pay a lot of money for this game and this isn't right.
Besides that, why is it impossible to chat to someone? Is there not a quick option/way to use the online chat service?
