Every time I log into the web app it says i don’t have a Ultimate team account created on EAFC 25 someone please help

This sounds like you may be logging into your web app on a different email, perhaps a second account you might have accidentally created. Over the years at EA we've seen it happen. If you're not sure what your email is there are steps here on how to verify.
