I get sent back to the main menu after I play a game of ultimate team

I have won 5 games and after every one of them I get a message basically saying that I can’t connect to ultimate team and I’m being sent back to the main menu this is really annoying and I can’t progress in my rank in rivals and I have also last the progress I have made as it counts as a loss
