I keep getting an error when trying to buy the Premium Season Pass

I'm trying to buy the Premium Season Pass, but I keep getting this message. Does anyone know what it means?

Hey everyone, after consulting with the team, I wanted to explain how the Premium Pass works for Showcase players. Essentially, the Premium Pass is only accessible through Ultimate Team. This means that Showcase players can only purchase the Premium Pass if they have access to the market. This is not available for everyone in this game version. I hope this helps clear things up!

No way ea are just ignoring this big issue that like 10 ppl in this one segment of the forum alone have for several days and meanwhile it looks like they solve other single player's issues in a matter of hours. I bet its because most of us are f2p so dont matter to them😭
