Issues with Xbox to PlayStation coop lobbies ultimate team

am unable to join my friend through ultimate team both of us have cross play enabled I can accept his invites and it work but I cannot send him any as I only get a message saying unable to invite try...

I tried to play my brother on ea sports 25 however I have checked absolutely every setting. When one of us invite each other it keeps saying cannot join the party. Then I noticed it said on my profile invites currently unavailable does anyone know what this is?
