For all accounts reporting missing Club Member Reward Evolutions, our team has conducted a thorough review of the cases mentioned in this thread. In most instances, players have already received the Club Member Rewards Evolution Slot. All the other accounts are ineligible for this reward for the following reasons:
- FC 24 and FC 25 are being played on different platforms.
- You have not played FC 24 before the cut-off date.
- There is no FC 24 registered to the same EA account.
During our investigation, we could not identify any errors with the Club Member Rewards. All eligible players received these rewards correctly.
