im Matteo i just did like 2 days ago my weekly play 6 for the fut birthday gurantee pack and i didnt get my pack ,can u help me get it back

I have the same problem 🤦🏽
I have the same issue, the weekly play 2/4 objectives is showing as complete but the 1st week in the main objective isnt. Doesnt make sense
