While there were some initial delays, we can confirm now that all rewards have been successfully granted to all eligible players.
Please note that rewards are tied to platform family so if you switched platform, these rewards may not be available in-game.

I still haven’t receive the 250K proclubs coins for preordering the ultimate edition of the game! On top of that in EAFC 24 towards the end there were numerous objectives within the season pass, evolutions or even objectives that would grant specific rewards once you began EAFC25. I completed all of these objectives and spent quite a while doing it to not receive anything in the new game. I’ve already tried to reach out twice for help and nothing has been done.
Was this a complete waste of time and rip off?
I would like the packs and rewards I spent time achieving. Has this happened to anyone else?
I have the same problem. I emailed EA but their reply was just an automated response. In the past EA actually replied to emails and case numbers. EAFC 25 has not been a smooth rollout, to say the least.
I have had the exact same issue, I hardly got anything when I ordered the ultimate edition, did you manage to get yours sorted out though?
EA Really need to sort out their stuff because this is ridiculous
Me too I completed absolutely everything they wanted us to do and I didn’t receive not even ONE free pack
