While there were some initial delays, we can confirm now that all rewards have been successfully granted to all eligible players.
Please note that rewards are tied to platform family so if you switched platform, these rewards may not be available in-game.

I completed some of the pre season objective in FUT Fc24 for rewards in FUT FC25. But I don not get any reward. Please check in for me
I have spent all my days doing these I only got 2
I also did all the objectives but only got 3 rewards
I have switched from Xbox on fc24 to pc on fc25 so maybe it's that (I want the packs for my pc) but if it's not can someone please explain why I don't still get the packs?

I have also complete all of the Objectives and only got the 80x10 including Hero Loan Pick and the 81x7. My 82x10 including Icon Loan pick, the 84x5 and the 82x5 are still missing.
