Missing Pre-Season Rewards - FC 24 objectives for FC 25 packs

Do you guys know what time we getting the fc24 obj packs? (UTC+3)

    @everyone

    October 17th edit.

    While there were some initial delays, we can confirm now that all rewards have been successfully granted to all eligible players.

    Please note that rewards are tied to platform family so if you switched platform, these rewards may not be available in-game.

Hello EA, I have completed all the preseason objectives including season 9 ladder in fc 24 but just received the Club I objective reward in fc 25. Didn't receive the other preseason packs. Please look into it. Invested a lot of time doing the objectives.

    Same here, i have done like absolutely ALL of preseason objectives and got only 10x80+ and loan hero, where is the rest?

        @furious_beast10 They're being sent out in waves, some will have to wait a little longer than others but we've made EA aware and am waiting for my packs as well!

      Still missing:

    @Poseidon_231299 same here, but trust me we all ain't got the stufff i had so many trouble with the rewards and EA not gonna give u the pack forever.

    @Poseidon_231299 The pre-season rewards are being sent out in waves, I've done all as well and am waiting myself! But, rest assured we've let EA know we haven't received all of our dues!
