Moving the goalkeeper ( KEYBOARD )

Hello, im a keyboard player, in previous titles the equivalant keyboard key for R3 is F4 and thats what help within EA FC25 also says, YET i cannot move the goalkeeper i checked everytihng and all is fine but the issue persists !!! Also the quick subs Options does not work during Cutscenes aswelln, Please Fix this, it is really frustrating to keep conceding from corners cuz of that issues, and please do not take an eternity to do it
