My coins are not being allocated - EA Season
I have claimed both the level 1 and level 5 rewards for EA Season which both attract 15k points but neither were allocated. Not sure if this is because I redeemed the rewards on the app

Do you mean the 15k clubs coins? Those aren't for the UT game mode, they're for Clubs. Could you check the clubs mode store to see if you see your coins there?
