No points after completing seasonal tasks

Hello I am writing to you regarding the fact that I completed all the seasonal tasks today. But when I reached the last task (Goals 150/150) I didn't get the rest of the points Due to this, I cannot complete the entire pass or collect the rewards because it shows that they have already been claimed. In addition, a message popped up about exceeding the points limit. Please give me a quick explanation of what this is all about and what can be done about it.
