No round of 16

European competitions in career mode always stop at the play-off round, sometimes only the conference league, and sometimes all of them, they do not go further in the next seasons, they just stop. No winners appear in the media in the game. I tried live starting points and the new season, but the same thing always happens, I play on PC.
