No vibrations on Xbox controller

I cannot get any haptics/vibrations to work when playing EA FC 25 on my Xbox Series X.  It is a brand new console. The controller is also brand new. I have also tried on a spare controller I hav...

    Unfortunately not. Is working in FIFA 23 I went back to playing that.
