Error 504 when downloading FC 25

What platform are you trying to download the game on, exactly? And could you share a screenshot of your error?

Hi EA_QueenBee​ , I'm having the same issue  PS4 console, error 504

On PS4 platform, cannot update to v1.26 with error code message (HTTP Status Code: 403) (CE-40851-8) or HTTP Status Code: 504) (CR-40869-7).  The issue still persists after logout PSN and re-login to retry the download. After deleting the app on PS4, it cannot be reinstalled.

Hey EA_QueenBee​ I can't login as well. It says servers unavailable right now , please try again later and a lot of people seem to be having this issue. We have all tried all the toubleshooting methods on https://help.ea.com/en/help/ea-sports-fc/connection-troubleshooting-fc/ but still no good. Please resolve this issue.

Error 504 is usually a sign of either a server or an internet issue. How long have you had this roughly?

We have some troubleshooting steps you can try. Playstation also have some steps you could try.

Yes we have all tried that. Stop sending that link thinking it will solve the problem. Actually be helpful for once and figure out the real solution EA Sports [removed] EA_QueenBee​ 

I have same issue, my FC25 cannot download in my PS4 console, error, my connection fine, happened, already tried all the method suggested like rebuild database, etc. 

Its all started when i cant download update 1.26, so i uninstall and redownload the FC25, but it cant download either.

Im not banned, my PSN is fine, network fine, please help
