Every single member of our Club has the game crash when we try to load Clubs. We can't leave or delete the club and start a new one because the game crashes immediately.This is on Xbox Series S/X but Clubs on the Xbox One version of the game works as normal. Clubs is the main reason we all purchased the game and none of us have been able to play for over a week because of this problem. None of us have any idea why this is happening and we would like this issue sorted. I have un-installed and re-installed the game but this did not help.Video attached below shows what happens when we try to play Clubs:

When attempting to load up the Clubs game mode, the game visibly freezes and then the game crashes, sending any of our club members back to the PlayStation Home Screen. We’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the game, restarting the game countless times and even using a new account and joining the club. This caused the new account to also be locked out of the mode. Usually when we hovered over the mode in the main menu previously, it would show us the club name alongside other details. Now, we just see a generic message about the mode, as if we aren’t in a club. Clearly our club is glitched or bugged somehow, as the dummy account was free to play the mode fine, until joining our club. We believe it may have something to do with AI player customisation, as this was the last thing we did before the bug was encountered.

EA_Vendcera Mate I'm not being funny but so far all you have done is mark this problem as solved when it isn't and ignore us. You asked for further information and it has been provided by multiple people on this thread. This problem started in November and it is now FEBRUARY!!!!!It's an absolute disgrace that EA treats us like this. HOW can a massive company like EA have no direct helpline for gamebreaking problems like this?Please can an EA Community Manager pull their finger out and offer some real assistance?

I’m trying to report a new issue and continue to be ignored. I can’t even get into ProClubs as the game prompts me to purchase Game Pass, which I already own and play other games on. Can’t access Pro Clubs or any online related game type on Series X

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Press on pro clubs and the it will crash while loading
What happens when the bug occurs? Game crashed and dashboards
What should be happening instead? Loading into the game mode like normal

Can someone help please? This has been a problem for almost 4 weeks now. Clubs is the main game mode that my friends and I play. I have spoken to EA help chat online and the problem has not been resolved.
I haven't seen anyone else on the forum encounter this problem so maybe there is a problem with our club specifically. Can I at least get an acknowledgement of this issue?
How can it be acceptable for an entire game mode to be unplayable for a month with no assistance from EA? Someone please offer a solution!

I am also having this problem along with everyone in my Pro Club. I have no idea how to fix this and have received no help from the EA Help live chat or these forums. Been about 4 weeks now.
It's an absolute joke. If you find a solution can you please let me know!

Issue ongoing for over 4 weeks now. What is the point of these forums if no one bothers responding?
The problem is not with the console or internet connection or disc or account. The Pro Club itself is not working. Anyone who joins the Club experiences the same problem.
We need someone from EA to address this specific issue. We can provide the name of the club or email or whatever. The advisors on the EA Help live chat cannot help.
