Pro Clubs restart every game

I'm experiencing an issue with the game where it gets stuck on the loading screen when I try to enter the Pro Clubs lobby after playing a match. This doesn't happen with Ultimate Team or RUSH; the problem seems specific to Pro Clubs. If I leave the lobby or try to rejoin after a match, the game just keeps loading indefinitely. The only way to fix it is to force close the game and restart, which is really frustrating.

I've already tried every possible fix on my computer, but nothing has worked so far. I'm starting to think this might be a bug in the game itself.

Does anyone have any ideas or solutions for this?
