My FC 25 keeps crashing when I launch Ultimate Team. The game was working fine, then I started getting error while trying to play Rush and now the game keeps crashing whenever I launch UT. I have already tried clearing cache, repairing storage, reinstalling game, reporting the bug but nothing seems to be working. Now I have reset ps5 and reinstalling game again in hope that it works. Otherwise, what was the point of getting early access and paying for Ultimate Edition.
Same exact thing happening to me
if had this crash on fc24 aswell. it was like 1 or 2 in 8 or 9 matches would just kick me out with the message that the connection with my opponent had lost. it wouldnt count as a loss but contracts were used. now i was hoping this problem would be solved from itself with fc25 but the first 5 rival matches if played, if been kicked out everytime in the first 5 mins of the game

Mine crashes on launch not even lets me enter Ultimate Team

I'm on ps5 and after every second rush game it kicks me out of the game completely to the ps5 dashboard and says there is something wrong with the game. I attach the error reports but then it says I disconnected and get a DNF when i launch back. I definitely did not. Sort it out as it isn't a connection issue.
@subz3r0jayant Hi same for me, it crashes when arriving on the main menu, I can not even select one game mode (and FUT)
Once the game crashed after opening ultimate team, then next time I open the game it does not even get passed the loading screen. It seems like the ultimate team servers are effecting the game somehow. I have redownloaded the game twice, rebuilt database on PS5, cleared game data, and cleared squad data (logged out of companion app). Still the game does not work!
Sorry it was not clear from my side, you have to turn off "Enable HDCP"
PS5 claims that "HDCP won't have any discernible impact on your games. It is in place purely to prevent the video from being recorded, so it won't cause any changes to the way your games run."
I was not able to launch the game, as soon as I reach the main menu I get the error CE-108255-1 on each attempts.
I have tried almost everything, including reinstall the game, and even reinitialising my console, nothing has worked.
Then, I tried what I explain above and this suddenly worked for me, I didn't face this error anymore until now.
If it doesn't work for you maybe your problem is somewhere else.
Ok im just skeptical because none of the other "solutions" worked. Will try it out now!

Hi, the turn of HDCP does not work for me. Any idea how to log off from Ultimat Team so I can try to log in the Companion App? ATM is does not let me log in the Companion App because somehow I'm still logged in Ultimate Team on my Console an of course, I can't log on my console because the game crashes.
How do you even log out of ultimate team on your playstation? Also once you do that, what are the next steps on the companion app? do you delete your squad?

Ok, it seems that after 30-60 min you will automatically log out from Ultimate team on your console (make sure you have the game closed, don't know if it's necessary but that's how I've done it).
I went to the web app, created a draft squad, made it active and deleted all of my other squads.
Log out of the Web App (don't know if necessary or not but that's what I've done)
Open the console, go to FC25 and you will be able to play. Can you clarify the 30-60 min automatic log out. 30-60 min of having the game open or of what? I will try the rest of your solution now. Thank you!!
both options didn't work for me. Even tried logging in through a different account and the game still crashed. I believe it is something wrong with the file. I've redownloaded twice so I guess the only solution is to wait for a game update and hope they patch the bug

i’ve crashed over 100 times, every time i load into a game (any mode) i get a error code, i’ve managed to play 2 games in the last 2 days, this is a joke i’ve tried everything and error every time
exact same as me, i’m so far behind the game because i can’t play matches i’ve literally done everything and factory reset my console, no one with a big name has this so it won’t fixed in a rush, it’s a joke
- If I delete my team, do I lose FIFA 4600 points? And how is the way to delete the team? I didn't find the icon to delete the team in the web application
