Season pass not able to acquire

Hi ea sports please help me my account - gamrazz. I had recently started playing and bought the previous season pass using real money. The new season pass is here with futties so i sold my players and managed to get 500k futcoins but i am not able to acquire the season pass now. I can’t buy again and again the season pass using money please look it up and fix the bug otherwise i have to file a complaint and take back my previous money that i spent on this game. I sold my entire club for the season pass this is not how things should be it is ruining my mind my mental health.
