Server Connection Issue In My PS5

Hi,

I recently had an issue with one of my two accounts. I requested a permanent delete operation from EA Advisor. After wards, I wanted to change my email on my active account with the email of my deleted account.

I got an invalid email error at first step and I again connected with several Advisors. Last of them some how changed my email. My account looks ok right now but when I try to open the FC 25 Game, system gives me Server can not be reached at the moment error.

Moreover, I can not connect any Advisors right now.

How can I fix this issue? 

I tried:

• Clean cache on PS5
• Rebuild DB on PS5
• Try to connect via another internet hub
