Squad Battle Keeps Crashing

Since December 24, at least once a week FC25 crashing during a squad battle match. Generally this happens after a goal is scored, but I've also seen it happen in the middle of play or in the process ...

Just happened to me. Was leading 4-0 aswell...now 3-0 loss and 0 pts. It's been months of players reporting this...where is ea?
