Stuck inside club ( pro clubs )

Hi EA , we are two player inside club and someone put me as manager , when I want leave the club and I enter the ( squad) and press ( X ) at other player it’s show me no option can’t promote him as manager so I can leave the club 

please help 🙏🏼
