I just wanted to take a moment to say a big thank you for all the reports and feedback you've shared about this issue. Your input really means a lot!
I hope the problem has been resolved for everyone now.
When trying to enter EAFC25 Clubs screen comes up with a text saying "There was a problem getting your online information. Please try again."
I go on to try again and nothing happens 3 of my friends are having the same issue can someone tell me what's going on.
I already made a post here some 5 hours ago regarding the same problem. No reply.
They don't update us and tell us anything about what the problem is. We just get left in the dark, not knowing what's going on. I think the game is potentially one of the best football games ever made in many ways, but they need to cut out all the unnecessary stuff and go back to basics, especially in the menus. Also stop releasing games that are riddled with errors and bugs. There feels like a real lack of thorough game testing before releasing these games. I can say that from my experiences from the latest 3 football games from EA Sports. I cannot justify paying so much money for a broken game. Again and again. Disgraceful and immoral.
