Unable to Access FC 25 Web App, Stuck on Early Web and Mobile Access Expired

I’ve been having trouble accessing the EA Sports FC 25 Web App for the past week. Every time I try to log in, I receive the following message:

Early Web and Mobile Access has expired. You need to login to Football Ultimate Team 25 on your Console or PC to continue using this account. Your Ultimate Team Club data has been saved and will be available the next time you login.

I have already played EA Sports FC 25 on my PlayStation console and have created my Ultimate Team there. Despite this, I still can’t access the Web App and the message keeps appearing.

I opened a ticket with EA Help and was advised to raise the issue here in the forum so it can be looked into by the proper team.

Could someone please check what’s causing this problem and help restore my access to the Web App?
