Hi there. Are you able to switch to a wired connection or is your router too far away? Also, let's make sure you properly power cycle your equipment. Please follow these steps:

  1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
  2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
  3. Power it all up and try playing again
