Unable to create Son’s Account

Dear all,

info: Game FC25 Ultimate / Playstation 5

I’m trying to set up an account for my son so he can access Ultimate Team and play it. But every time we try to access it and we try to start the verification it says “you have lost your online connection. Check your home network.” 

My home network is absolutely fine. I can access every other aspect of the game / network / any other server from other game platforms. 

Any advice is welcome.
