I have the same problem.
I tried to:
1) Rebuild database in safemode of ps5
2) Clear cache in safemode of ps5
3) Delete old user and add back.
Not working. I have also attempted to upload the saved data to cloud storage from ps5. But when i download it back, seems like it still have this *SL_MoreThanOneDevicePopup. I am not sure if it because the saved data is using id A, but then my ps5 has id B, which causing some sync issue.

I tried removing account and reset ps5 to factory setting, not helping at all. Found EA support and they said they have others reporting the same issue, aiming to resolve the glitch in 24-48 hours; will give an update once they get back to me
