Hi guys
I have this issue when i try to open the game. The screen shows: *SL_MoreThanOneDevicePopup on PS5 EAFC25. It does not allow me to pass through this message. This issue happen when i played eafc 25, back to main menu of ps5, to close the game (Because I lost an important final in my manager career).
While looking at previous thread, i have attempted to:
- Clear Cache on PS5 Safe Mode
- Rebuild Database on Ps5 Safe Mode
- Delete my user, add back, and redownload the saved data
- Turn off the ps5 and unplug the power cord for 20 minutes.
All not working, pls let me know if this can be fix, else i want to request a refund.

This is a joke, same thing on my side. I rebuilt the database to no success. Now deleted and re- downloaded the game. EA this is a joke we are paying for broken games we cannot even play.

Try to delete your saved game from the PS5 storage . Then restart and it'll work . Do try and let us know . It worked for me.

Have the same issue on Xbox series x, worked fine 4 hours ago and since I got it, went to play it and now comes up with the message, I uninstalled and reinstalled it and still does it

Hey all, can you go ahead and remove your PSN Gamertag from the console and then re-add it again and try launching the game to see if the issue remains.

Darko- 5 months ago@EA_Darko I removed the PSN tag of my EA account and re-add it. The issue stays the same. Unfortunately i can't play the game right now.

Hey folks,
could you also please try if deleting your save game fixes the issue? Like a couple of you stated, that seems to be a workaround that solves it for now.-Vendcera

Please do not put this issue down as "Solved". Deleting all your saves is not "solving" the issue. That is a lie, and deleting your gamertag has not worked for anyone. People payed 90 dollars for this game.

This is actually annoying second time happening I can’t delete all my career progress for this * yo happen again. Just really really sad at this point.

4th time this has happened to me now. Getting very tired of deleting save files every week and this is not a solution!!! I read that more than one checkpoint save may cause this issue but I only had one with my last career mode attempt. Please respond EA this issue is not solved!

I am still experiencing this as well. I think it has something to do with Checkpoint saves, but I'm not an EA dev...
This is not solved; that they can say it has been is disappointing. I really hope EA fixes it soon.
