I have the same problem.
I tried to follow some old post to attempt to fix, but none of them work:
1) Rebuild database in safemode of ps5
2) Clear cache in safemode of ps5
3) Delete old user and add back.
Not working. I have also attempted to upload the saved data to cloud storage from ps5. But when i download it back, seems like it still have this *SL_MoreThanOneDevicePopup. I am not sure if it because the saved data is using id A, but then my ps5 has id B, which causing some sync issue.
So it's the saves that break the game ?
Does it work again if you delete them ?

It works if i delete the saved data. But when i tried to download again from cloud, it fails and the screen show up the message again.
i definitely want to go back to my saved data, don want to replay again!
