Hey everyone,
thank you for reaching out to us about the issue you're experiencing when saving Personal Settings 1. I have prepared a list of troubleshooting steps that usually resolve this issue for players:
- If you are on PC and using a controller, please ensure that no third-party software is running in the background.
- Disconnect any other USB devices from your PC. You can connect your controller after launching the game to see if that works.
- If your controller is connected via Bluetooth, switch to a cable connection to see if that makes any difference.
- Reset your previous game settings by deleting the folder. (The default location on PC is C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25. App Data is usually a hidden folder, so it can be changed from the View dropdown.)
- Delete previous game settings and save from your console menu for the game, and restart your device.
- Restore licenses on your device (PS5).
Let me know if those steps will resolve the issue for you.
For Xbox One you have any ideas? I'm thinking on factory reset but idk

In Xbox One you cant see any files, sure you can delete the 1Gb of space reserved but everytime i did, nothing happens, still the same message of "unable to save personal settings 1" i tried making another saves but with every single one its the same error.
