why is my pro clubs ingame chat not showing in ea fc 25

hi, i played fifa pro clubs and after like a day, the messages in game stopped showing. i tried restarting the game and it didn't work. Also tried looking into the settings and found nothing. I don't know if it is a bug or i just cannot find it, but it's wierd not seeing on top of my player no message or if i want a pass i don't see the "pass" message. I know others can see it but i cannot. please help me. Thank you for the response if some.
