Wrongful ban on ea fc25 EC:10901

I didn't do anything wrong, why this ban?

omg i just got banned too while tryinig to play but it kept telling me ultimate team isnt possible to play at the time. i hope i get unbanned this is legit the only game i play i got banned for cheating when i wasnt.

me too ive been playing this game forever and i have not cheated once, i hope i dont become banned forever and they realize it was a mistake.

I just got banned today for no reason all I did was struggle to get online and play the game. Tried to launch again later then boom you have been banned? Seriously? 

I’ve been banned on apex for over a year I’ve never hacked on a game in my life and the stupid cases things keeps giving the automated email they’re useless 

Unfortunately, looking at the kind of attitude they have towards us, I expect the worst, that we will not even get an answer. We got banned because we did and goodbye... ea in a nutshell

Same here. I tried to play Rivals and was kicked off the server several times. First game I was 2:0 ahead and the other player left. Next game shortly after kickoff,  game crashed. -> ban 😡

man this is frustrating! im so anagry right now!  spent hours on this game and got banned for no reason
