    The issue got fixed on PS4, but it took a long time. Unfortunately, I missed the start of the season and the beginning of TOTS because of it.

I feel you. I had the same problem but it was eventually fixed. Hope yours gets sorted quickly too. Stay connected with the support team for updates Hope they can help you
