Your account has temporarily lost access to trade on the EA SPORTS Companion App

On December 24, 2025, i got an email saying, "We noticed your account has been communicating with EA SPORTS FCTM servers through an unofficial or modified client, which breaks our rules

Your account has temporarily lost access to trade on the EA SPORTS FC™ Companion App

To earn access to the Transfer Market on the Companion App, you must play more in-game

 

Its been almost 3 months and i play more then 400 or 500 games, playing every game mode and logging in to the web app and companion app everyday day. Still, my transfer market is not unlocked on web app Please someone help me. i need web app to trade and i am working so i dont have time to open console

    it is now on fc 26 suddenly get that email and then I send them an appeal but they said it was a correct decision ! I m gonna quit this game every year they said we change and we care but it is the same trsh as all years !

  • EA_Barrypls can u help me resolve this i have no ban no suspension i played over 1500 games rn still my web app transfer market is not unlocked and on ut in play time and played matches it not even counting my games pls help man
