Keyboard Only, Not Keyboard + Mouse

I have an issue in the game. As you can see, I have "keyboard only" selected in the settings with a custom layout. However, when I try to play a friendly match (kick off), only "keyboard + mouse" is available when choosing the side. Could you please advise on how to fix this? Otherwise, I’ll have to request a refund ☹️
