Premium season pass bug led to wrong rewards

Question

Hi there hope you’re all well.The issue is: I got premium pass rewards for 500k and was holding “x” to achieve all the rewards available, in a moment menu bugged and I had to click again in order to continue but, eventually, it led to autopicking the rewards that I had to choose manually but couldn’t (due to the bug. Moreover I cannot choose one of the premium rewards from 11lvl despite the fact that I have enough SP and have already (automatically due to the bug) got rewards from non-premium 11lvl pass. Can you help me to repick the rewards and get the rewards that are unavailable for some unknown reasons?The bug was like a frozen loading screen and then it picked the rewards automatically and moved me to my items section in a transfer list menuThx in advance

Upd: premium rewards just got available to be picked again as well as the 11lvl premium reward that was nor picked neither available to be gotten, so there is no issue with them at this moment. But non-premium 11lvl reward player pick has still been autopicked as I mentioned before and there is no option to get it again (the way like it happened to premium rewards atm). So, regarding the possibility of repicking the reward, I have only 1 reward issue left (11lvl non-premium player pick reward) and it would be great if we could manage to achieve it somehow.
Also had live-chat with support specialist and tech sup specialist as well, they suggested me to use this forum in order to try to resolve this issue.
