Anyway to reverse the reward claim?

I have completed my season and ready to claim my reward at level 40, which is KDB card. Unfortunately my child accidentally claim the 90+ tradeable pack instead without my knowledge. By the time i am aware, its aldy too late. Would like to know whether there is anything EA can assist on this as that is the purpose of spending $ in premium, ie to get the KDB card  at level 40 . Truly appreciate if this can be done and i did not open the pack at all.
