playing casually and got benned. why? how? when? did i cheat on the game. i can't even qualify fut cham dude.

I'm sorry, but we won't know about your ban through the forums. If you have EA bans, account-wise or game-wise, you may be able to learn more about them by going to your My Ban History to view more info. EA also aims to notify you through email if they've applied a ban or suspension. That email may share more information, too. Please check your email inbox for more details.
