Being prevented from doing SBC

If you do SBS too much during the day, they block your account for 5 or 6 hours, and when you try to open a crate, you're also logged out of Ultimate Team. This is a bug. And there's no solution. It prevents us from playing games. We get banned for playing too much. Is this even possible? I hope this problem is resolved as soon as possible.
